William Alain Andre Gabriel Saliba is a famous French professional footballer who currently plays as a center-back for Premier League club Arsenal and the France national team.

Club career

Saint-Etienne

William started playing football at the age of six, coached by the father of Kylian Mbappe. He finally moved south to Saint-Etienne in 2016, and then signed his first deal at the age 0f 17, in May 2018. Saliba made his professional breakout by featuring in a 3-2 Ligue 1 victory against Toulouse on September 25, 2018. He then made 13 starting appearances in his first season at Saint-Etienne.

Following signing for Arsenal, he went back to Saint-Etienne on loan for the 2019-2020 season. Loan to Mice
