Victoria Toensing is an American lawyer and founding partner of the Washington D.C. law firm diGenova & Toensing, LLP. She is an alumna of the University of Detroit School of Law. Toensing has extensive experience in all three branches of government solving problems for individuals, corporations, trade associations, and other organizations.

Internationally, she is known as an expert on white-collar crime, terrorism, and national security and intelligence matters. She was the Chief Counsel, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Deputy Assistant Attorney General, US Department of Justice.
