Terrence Lee is an American journalist who serves as a co-anchor for Good Day Chicago at WFLD-TV on weekdays from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. FOX 32 (WFLD) is a Fox owned-and-operated television station licensed to Chicago, Illinois, United States.
For his work in journalism, Lee has been awarded several Emmy and Associated Press Awards for breaking news coverage, reporting, and anchoring.
He began his career at WMDT 47 (ABC47) in Salisbury, Maryland by anchoring and reporting for six years. Terrence was with the station from June 2008 to January 2013. He co-anchored weekday evening newscasts. From Nov. 2008 to Sept. 2009 he anchored and produced morning and noon show.
From Sept. 2009 to Feb. 2011, he solely anchored and produced weekend evening newscasts.
He later joined ABC5 (WEWS-TV) in Cleveland, Ohio in January 2013 serving as an anchor, and multimedia journalist. He served as an anchor for Good Morning Cleveland. In his tenure there, he covered some of the biggest stories of the past decade. This included the rescue of the three women held captive for a decade, the Republican National Convention. He also covered the Cavaliers ending Cleveland’s sports championship drought.
