Shelby Holliday is an American broadcast journalist and reporter. She attended Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village, Colorado in her early life.
She later went on to pursue a bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Shelby was also a member of the USD’s chapter of the Alpha Phi sorority. She also wrote the sorority’s monthly newsletter.

Holliday worked as a reporter for Bloomberg TV and also an anchor for the CBS-partnered Channel One News. Covering a broad range of stories, she filed reports from Myanmar, Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, Mexico and Guantanamo Bay. She received a 2014 Telly Award for her series on the rise of China.
Some of her favorite stories include bungee-jumping with Army troops, flying in NASA’s zero gravity plane and climbing wind turbines with energy experts. Shelby has also interviewed a number of celebrities and athletes including Pharrell, Lil Wayne, Daniel Radcliffe, Jack Nicklaus and Charles Barkley.
