Lou Cutell was a famous American professional film, television, and theatre actor. He was known for his appearance as ”Amazing Larry” in the 1985 movie Pee-wee’s Big Adventure.

Cutell started his profession in 1961, appearing in the Broadway play The Young Abe Lincoln, playing the role of ”William Berry”. He started his television career in 1964, as guest-starring in The Dick Van Dyke Show, playing the role of ”Vinnie”. He went on in his profession majoring in appearances in movies and television, over the years.

Cutell appeared and guest-starred in many movie and television shows in the 1970s-1980s. They include The Love Boat, Seinfeld, I Shrunk the Kids, The Bob Newhart Show, Alice, Rhinoceros, The World’s Greatest Lover, The Wild Wild West. As well as The Mary Tyler Moore Show ( and its spin-off Lou Grant), The Black Marble, Barney Miller, The Odd Couple II, My Mom’s a Werewolf, Pee-wee’s Big Adventure, and Bridget Loves Bernie.

Lou co-wrote and appeared in the Broadway play Sicilan Bachelor, playing the role of ”Don Cola” and co-wrote the play with Norma Helms and Tino Trischitta in the 1990s to 2000s.
