Kayleigh McEnany is an American author and political commentator who has been serving as White House Press Secretary for Trump’s office since April 2020. She started working as a producer on Fox News for Huckabee and later as a commentator for CNN.

In 2017, she accepted an appointment to become the national spokesperson for the Republican National Committee. Later on April 7, 2020, she was also appointed as White House Press Secretary during the time of Trump’s administration. McEnany was involved in spreading false claims of fraud in the elections after Joe Biden won and Trump denied his loss. On January 15, 2021, she left the West wing and would officially leave her position after Biden’s inauguration.
