Karen Gravano is a reality television star. She is best known for starring on VH1’s reality television series Mob Wives that aired from April 17, 2011, until March 16, 2016.
As of April 9, 2020, Gravano began appearing on the reality television Families of the Mafia. Her father, Salvatore Gravano and popularly known as “Sammy the Bull” and a former underboss for the Gambino crime family is also appearing on the new MTV reality TV series.
Karen’s daughter Karina Seabrook is also appearing on the show.
Gravano released a book in 2013 titled Mob Daughter: The Mafia, Sammy “The Bull” Gravano, and Me!.

Gravano was also sentenced in Arizona in 2002 to nineteen years in prison to run concurrently. Initially, he was scheduled to be released in March 2019 but was released early on September 18, 2017.

David is known for also working for Karen’s father and executing some of his crimes for him. After the whole Gravano family was arrested in 2000, Karen and her mother were released with a warning, short prison sentences, or three years of probation. However, Gerard and David were sentenced to prison for ten years.
After David was released from prison, he moved to Arizona though he is originally from Queens. David initially worked in the music industry as a music producer. Since his release from prison, David got back to the music industry and even opened a record label company.

Karen Gravano Mob Wives
Karen starred on the VH1 reality television series, Mob Wives. The series focuses on the lives of several women residing in the New York City borough of Staten Island, whose family members have been arrested and imprisoned for crimes that are allegedly connected to the American Mafia.
It originally focused on Drita D’Avanzo, Carla Facciolo, Gravano, and Renee Graziano. D’Avanzo and Graziano appeared in all six seasons. Karen was however absent for the fourth one and Facciolo for the fourth and fifth. There were also additions to the show Angela “Big Ang” Raiola (seasons 2–6), Ramona Rizzo (seasons 2–3), Love Majewski (season 3), Alicia Michelle Garafalo (season 4), and Natalie Guercio (seasons 4–5).
Raiola suffered complications of throat cancer and pneumonia and she died on February 18, 2016. This was also a month before the final season concluded.
