Jose Angel Baez is an American trial attorney and author best known for being the lead attorney for Casey Anthony and Aaron Hernandez. He authored a book with Peter Golenbock about the case, Presumed Guilty, which became a New York Times Best Seller.
Baez has represented clients in the full range of criminal and civil cases. He flew to Aruba and helped free millionaire and businessman Gary Giordano from prison in 2011.
