John Carney ( John Charles Carney Jr) is an American politician, serving as the 74th governor of Delaware since 2017.
In addition, he is also a member of the Democratic Party and served as the US representative for Delaware’s at-large congressional district from 2011 to 2017. Furthermore, he was also the 24th Lieutenant Governor of Delaware where he served from 2001 to 2009.
