Hunter Biden is an American lawyer and lobbyist who is a Yale University alumni. He is also the second son of United Staes Vice President Joe Biden. Hunter was born in Wilmington, Delaware, U.S. He is a co-founder of the international consulting firm Rosemont Seneca Partners. He co-founded the firm in 2009 along with Devon Archer and John Kerry’s stepson Christopher Heinz.
From 2014 to 2019, Biden served on the board of Burisma Holdings, a major Ukrainian natural gas producer. He has also been a subject
of debunked right-wing conspiracy theories concerning his business dealings in Ukraine. He resigned from the Board of Directors of a Chinese private investment fund, he co-founded BHR Partners in October 2019. Hunter said that he wanted to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest while his father was running for president.
He joined the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. Biden also founded Eudora Global, a venture capital firm.
