Heather Childers is an American television news anchor. She was a former anchor of the first hour of Fox & Friends First for the Fox News Channel. And worked for the organization from 2010 until 2020.

Childers began her journalism career at WCNC-TV, in Charlotte as a Producer/Reporter in 1992. She later served as a weekday anchor and then news director for WFXL, a Fox affiliate in Albany, Georgia has joined the station in 1995. In 1999, she moved to WLOS-TV, an ABC affiliate in Asheville, North Carolina. She then served as a news anchor for News 14 Carolina for eight years from 2002.
