Fred Hoiberg is an American college basketball coach and a former player for the Indiana Pacers. As of January 2020, Hoiberg serves as the head coach for the University of Nebraska men’s basketball program. He previously served as the head coach for the Chicago Bulls of the NBA. He was fired on December 5, 2018.

In his playing carer, Hoiberg became the first player in NBA history to lead the league in three-point percentage in 2005 and not be invited to the three-point shooting competition in that season’s All-Star event.
