Beth Chapman Biography
Beth Chapman (born Alice Elizabeth Smith) was an American producer, actress, bail bondsman and bounty hunter. She was the wife to famous bounty hunter Duane Chapman alias Dog. As an actress and producer, Beth is known for Corner Gas (2004), Dog the Bounty Hunter (2003) and Hawaii Five-0 (2010).
She was elected President of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States in 2016.

Beth revealed she was diagnosed with stage II throat cancer on September 14, 2017 after months of a nagging cough. Her husband Dog decided to share the story with fans. The result was then an A&E Special series named “Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives,” which premiered on November 27, 2017
Dog shared the diagnosis report with their family, the gruelling 13-hour surgery to have the Stage 2 tumour removed and also the aftermath in September 2017.
Beth Chapman Now Cancer
Chapman underwent an emergency surgery in November 2018 revealing that the cancer had returned. Dog gave an update of her wife’s health to Us Weekly saying, “she had a lump in her throat twice the size of last time, and they performed an emergency surgery yesterday. They cut a hole in her throat so she can breathe; she can still talk.”
In June 2019, Dog confirmed that his wife had been placed in a medically induced coma amid her cancer battle. “Please say your prayers for Beth right now,” he tweeted at the time.
Beth Chapman Death
Beth Chapman died on 26 June 2019. Duane Chapman’s wife died at The Queen’s Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, United States where she had been in a coma for a about a week. Dog confirmed on 26 June 2019 on twitter as he wrote “It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.”

Smith met Duane Chapman best known as Dog who is also known as Dog in 1986 when she was 19, throughout the following decade having an on-and-off romantic relationship, even marrying others. Beth and Chapman joined forces in business and life, finally blending their families and moving in together. She then runs the bail bonds.
Her husband first made headlines in 2003 when he and his son captured Andrew Luster, an heir to the Max Factor cosmetics line, in Mexico. Luster had fled from Southern California to Mexico during his rape trial and was convicted in absentia of raping three women after drugging them and videotaping the act, CNN reported at the time.

Beth Chapman Dog the Bounty Hunter
Beth appeared alongside her husband on the television series Dog the Bounty Hunter. The show ran weekly for eight seasons from 2004 to 2012. The show followed Dog, the mulleted bounty hunter, and his platinum blond wife Beth, who formed a ferocious team with other family and colleagues and tracked down bail fugitives.
Dog the Bounty Hunter was filmed in Hawaii as well as Colorado, and the two got married in 2006 in a season three episode.
Dog Chapman also has a new series to be aired called Dog’s Most Wanted, and Beth has appeared by her husband’s side in the show despite her condition.
