Aidan Nesbitt Club Career

A Career at Celtic

He is a product of the academy system at Celtic. He then scored a hat-trick on May 21, 2015, in the Scottish Youth Cup final against Rangers. On September 23, 2015, he made his first team debut in a League Cup match against Raith Rovers when he came on in the 89th minute. Because of his exemplary performance, on April 24, 2016, he won the Celtic academy of the year award. On February 1, 2016, he joined fellow Scottish Premiership side, Partick Thistle, on loan until the end of the 2015-16 season. On February 23, 2016, he made his premiership debut for Thistle starting in a 2-0 home win against St. Johnstone, thus getting awarded a man of the match for his performance. In August 2016, he signed on loan with Greenock Morton. And the loan was extended in January 2017 until the end of the season.

A Career at Milton Keynes Dons

Nesbitt joined League One club Milton Keynes Dons on August 31, 2017, for an undisclosed fee, signing a two-year deal. Having made intermittent appearances under manager Robbie Neilson, soon he found himself out of favor under new manager Paul Tisdale during the 2018-19 season. On January 2, 2019, he left the club by mutual consent, having made a total of 27 appearances in all competitions and scoring 4 goals.
