Who is Adam Savage?
Adam Savage is an American designer, fabricator, actor, educator, and television personality widely known as the former co-host (with Jamie Hyneman) of the Discovery Channel television series MythBusters and Unchained Reaction.
Savage serves as the host of Savage Builds which premiered on the Science Channel on June 14, 2019. He serves as a regular presenter at magician James Randi’s annual skeptics conference, The Amaz!ng Meeting since his first appearance in January 2006. With his MythBusters co-star Jamie Hyneman, they both serve as judges on the game show Unchained Reaction which premiered in March 2012. He is also an occasional guest host for lecture events at the San Francisco-based non-profit City Arts & Lectures. On March 10, 2014, Savage delivered a keynote address at South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive Festival.
He serves as a co-host on the weekly podcast Still Untitled: The Adam Savage Project. The podcast which is in the format of a conversation between Savage, Will Smith, Norman Chan, and Simone Giertz launched on June 5, 2012.
